BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

Baked, not fried! A healthier option to traditional chicken wings that are just as delicious. Plus, this recipe is only 4 ingredients – seriously!

Ingredients:
– 1.5 lbs chicken wings, halved & tipped
– 6 scallions, chopped
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/2 cup cooking burgundy (cooking wine works fine)

Instructions:
1. Place chicken wings in a baking dish (ask butcher to halve and tip for you)
2. Sprinkle scallions, soy sauce, burgundy
3. Bake 30 mins at 400F then stir
4. Bake another 40-45 mins at 300F
5. ENJOY!
